MIAMI CITY DEAL$

The series, MIAMI CITY DEAL$, is an exciting reality show, which exposes the personal stories, Negotiations and life experiences that a group of high powered successful Real Estate agents, whom we call the DEAL MAKERS, share as they sell Miami Luxury Real Estate in this recovering economy.

The show is hosted by two well known brokers whom and have been the leaders in sales in Miami for the last 10 years before and during the boom and four other agents whom all have decided to complete the job in RESELLING MIAMI REAL ESTATE, the worlds best. They are committed taking advantage of the DEAL$ at hand before they see their City suffer. Their objective entails for them to procure buyer, investors to sell them the “best and most exciting properties and land in the world.”

At these encounters we begin our show, set the stage for drama, situations that the hosts encounter during their day to day, not only their experience, but also the points of view of their collogues and buyers as well. This is all done via testimonials, where the DEAL MAKERS share their side of the story and involve the viewers as well as always keeping the suspense as the program unfolds.

The show always begins with a short teaser of the episode, form then we show the DEAL MAKERS at their office as they get ready for their day and then them departing for either their meetings with clients in order to set the excitement for what is to come. After this first segment (opening) we then transition and arrive at the featured property and begin the purpose of the show, show the best real estate in Miami and see how the agents do it!

The main method of exposing products and/or services in this program is product placement and integration. In this method the scripting process is indirectly incorporating the product or service into the content of the show. This not only presents the product in a pleasing manner but also gives third party credibility by allowing the cast to utilize the product or service.

In our show, we integrate products, real estate listings and services; this is one of the most effective methods of advertising in the marketplace today, especially since we create our storyline around the integration. This maybe followed up with a commercial spot, allowing the advertiser to always capture the viewer since the zapping never occurs.



During these work days the DEAL MAKERS also begin to learn about each other, share their intimate feelings and experiences, expecting advice assurance or just an ear from their team mates, friends. Once the DEAL MAKERS expose themselves sharing their personal thoughts, obstacles and experiences in both their job and their lives, we then create that very import alliance with the audience. This works so well when it is used in conversations among and about clients, husbands, boyfriends or girlfriends, kids, parents, other colleagues, places where they want to travel, eat, the airline of their choice, cars, and even their funny experiences as DEAL MAKER$ IN THE MIAMI REAL ESTATE MARKET…

This series is not only about Real Estate it is about the lives of the ones who make it happen!
